HIRING: SAP GROW BUSINESS ANALYST MANUFACTURING (DISCRETE) Location: India Experience: 12+ years We are looking for an SAP GROW Business Analyst to join our customer advisory team. You will support senior advisors with analysis and documentation, and help review and challenge the implementation partner's designs and decisions on the customer's behalf.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Support senior advisors with process analysis, solution evaluation and documentation • Review fit-to-standard outcomes, designs and deliverables from the implementation partner, and raise questions where needed • Identify, track and mitigate project risks, gaps and dependencies • Prepare process maps, gap analyses, risk registers, review findings and status reports REQUIREMENTS • 12+ years of SAP experience, with hands-on S/4HANA work, ideally SAP GROW / Cloud Public Edition • Functional knowledge in two or more of MM,



SD/OTC, FI, plus manufacturing processes • Solid manufacturing background (discrete manufacturing is a big plus) • Global or multi-country implementation experience • Excellent communication and documentation skills • Strong analytical skills and the confidence to question assumptions constructively • Sound understanding of risk management in ERP programs GOOD TO HAVE • SAP GROW / S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition certification • Customer-side advisory, PMO or assurance experience WHAT WE VALUE A positive attitude, strong ownership and a willingness to go the extra mile to deliver quality.
