SAP FICO Consultant – Greenfield Implementation

Experience: 10–12 Years

Role Summary

Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA FICO Greenfield implementation for multi-entity organizations, ensuring statutory compliance, finance process standardization, and seamless integration with logistics and automation systems.

1. Lead SAP S/4HANA FICO Greenfield implementation across multiple company codes and legal entities.
2. Configure and optimize GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Costing, and Controlling modules.
3. Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, e-Invoicing, e-Way Bill, and other Indian statutory requirements.
4. Design and manage intercompany transactions, group accounting, and consolidation-ready structures.
5. Drive integration with MM, SD, PP, and OCR / AP automation solutions.
6. Prepare functional specifications and coordinate RICEFW developments with technical teams.
7. Lead UAT, cutover planning, data migration validation, go-live, and hypercare support.
8. Establish and enforce standardized finance processes and internal controls across all entities.
