Role: SAP Concur Consultant / Senior SAP Concur Functional Consultant
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP Concur Consultant with 10+ years of overall IT experience and robust expertise in SAP Concur Travel & Expense solutions. The candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, supporting, and optimizing SAP Concur solutions while working closely with business stakeholders to streamline travel, expense, and invoice management processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead SAP Concur implementation and enhancement projects.
- Configure and support Concur Expense, Travel, and Invoice modules.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
- Define expense policies, approval workflows, and audit rules.
- Integrate SAP Concur with SAP ERP/SAP S/4HANA and third-party systems.
- Support testing activities including SIT, UAT, and production deployment.
- Troubleshoot application issues and perform root cause analysis.
- Conduct user training and prepare functional documentation.
- Collaborate with business users, finance teams, and technical teams.
