Role Overview
Represent our advertising agency and promote marketing services to local businesses and brands
Work in the field to generate recent clients and grow revenue
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Identify and approach potential clients (shops, showrooms, offices, brands)
Client Meetings: Conduct face-to-face meetings and explain our advertising solutions
Relationship Management: Maintain good relationships for repeat business and renewals
Target Achievement: Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
Reporting: Submit daily visit reports and client feedback to management
Requirements & Skills
Experience: 1–2 years in field sales (Advertising/FMCG preferred)
Freshers with strong communication skills can apply
Communication: Fluent in English / Hindi / Local language
Mobility: Two-wheeler with valid driving license mandatory
Salary & Benefits
Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 per month
Incentives: Unlimited commission (higher sales = higher earnings)
