We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Support Consultant to provide end-to-end application support for Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC). The ideal candidate will be responsible for Salesforce administration, issue resolution, configuration management, data maintenance, and production support while ensuring high service quality and adherence to SLAs.

Title: Salesforce Support Consultant

Experience: 5+ years

Location: Airoli, Navi Mumbai

Shift: UK hours- 12pm-9pm

- Provide end-to-end application support for Salesforce Financial Services Cloud.
- Manage Salesforce org setup, environments, and configuration activities.
- Perform user, role, profile, and security management in Salesforce.
- Work with Data Loader for data imports, exports, and maintenance.




- Support and maintain standard and custom objects, fields, and relationships.
- Configure and support automation using workflows, triggers, and Process Builder / Flow.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues within defined SLAs.
- Support application testing, upgrades, and deployments.
- Engage with users and stakeholders to guide them through issue resolution.
- Create and maintain support documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articles.
- Handle multiple support cases concurrently while ensuring quality resolution.
- Provide production support, including out-of-hours support as required.
