Salesforce Health Cloud Developer

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Health Cloud Developer to design, develop, customize, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions for healthcare-related business requirements. The ideal candidate should have robust hands-on experience with Salesforce Health Cloud, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flows, and integrations, along with the ability to build secure and efficient solutions that enhance healthcare processes and customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and implement Salesforce Health Cloud solutions to support healthcare business requirements.

- Configure and customize Salesforce Health Cloud features, including patient and member data management, care coordination, and healthcare workflows, based on business requirements.

- Implement Health Cloud data models and healthcare-specific solutions to support patient engagement, care management, and secure access to healthcare information.

- Customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flows.

- Configure and enhance Service Cloud and Experience Cloud functionalities.

- Develop and maintain integrations using REST APIs and other relevant integration approaches.

- Implement and customize OmniStudio components to support business processes and guided user experiences.

- Explore and implement Agentforce capabilities to enhance automation and AI-driven workflows.

- Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable Salesforce solutions.





- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver quality solutions.

- Troubleshoot technical issues, optimize application performance, and ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices.

- Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and ongoing application maintenance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Health Cloud development and customization.

- Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flows.

- Experience working with Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.

- Hands-on experience with REST APIs and Salesforce integrations.

- Familiarity with Agentforce and AI-powered Salesforce solutions.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce data modeling, security, and platform best practices.

- Good problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively with technical teams and business stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

- Salesforce certifications relevant to development, Health Cloud, or platform specialization.

- Experience delivering healthcare-focused Salesforce implementations.

- Experience with enterprise integrations, workflow automation, and scalable Salesforce architecture.

- Exposure to AI-driven automation and Agentforce implementation.

Certifications Required

- Salesforce Platform Developer

- Salesforce Platform Developer II

- Salesforce Health Cloud Accredited Professional certification or relevant Health Cloud credentials preferred.
