Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead the development team in designing, developing, testing, and deploying Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, and Aura.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality products on time.
- Develop technical roadmaps for Salesforce projects and manage project timelines to ensure successful delivery.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers to improve their skills and knowledge.
Job Requirements :
- 5-6 years of experience in Sales Force Development with expertise in Apex, LWC, and Aura.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture and its capabilities.
- Proven track record of leading a development team or working as an individual contributor in a fast-paced workplace.
