Salesforce Architect

We are seeking an accomplished Salesforce Architect to join our Engineering department and spearhead the design and optimization of our enterprise-scale Salesforce ecosystem. In this pivotal role, you will translate business requirements into robust technical solutions, ensuring our Salesforce platform drives operational excellence and delivers superior customer experiences. Responsibilities:

1. Lead the end-to-end architecture, design, and implementation of complex Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and other Salesforce products.
2. Define and enforce best practices for data modeling, integration, security, and performance within the Salesforce platform.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable, maintainable technical architectures.
4. Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and code reviews to developers, administrators, and other technical stakeholders.
5. Develop integration strategies between Salesforce and external systems using APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.
6. Establish governance frameworks, architectural standards, and documentation to ensure long-term sustainability and compliance.
7. Evaluate emerging Salesforce features and technologies, driving innovation and continuous improvement within the platform.
8. Oversee release management, CI/CD pipelines, and environment strategies to support agile development cycles.
9. Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide expert guidance on performance tuning and optimization.
10. Engage with executive leadership to present architectural roadmaps, project status, and ROI insights.





Requirements:

1. Minimum of 12 years of overall IT experience with at least 8 years dedicated to Salesforce architecture and solution design.
2. Proven track record of delivering large-scale, enterprise Salesforce implementations and integrations.
3. Robust expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Platform App Builder, with deep knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and SOQL.
4. Comprehensive understanding of data modeling, security, and integration patterns within Salesforce.
5. Hands-on experience with API integrations (REST, SOAP) and middleware/ETL tools such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or Informatica.
6. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide development teams and stakeholders.
7. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
8. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
9. Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect certification (or higher).

Must Have :

****3+ Years Hands on experience in Financial Service Cloud /FSC.

Nice to Have:

1. Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or progress towards the credential.
2. Experience with DevOps tools such as Salesforce DX, Git, Jenkins, or Copado for automated deployments.
3. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience serving as a technical lead within agile teams.
4. Knowledge of additional CRM platforms (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot) and integration best practices.
5. Background in regulated industries (e.g., finance, healthcare) with compliance and data privacy requirements.
6. Exposure to AI and analytics solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem, such as Einstein Analytics or Tableau CRM.
7. Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Administration.
