Role & responsibilities

- Design, develop, and support CloudCraze (Classic) solutions using Visualforce and tab-based templates

- Customize managed package using Hooks, Extension Points, and Service Overrides

- Develop using Apex, Visualforce, Aura, and LWC

- Build and maintain B2B commerce features (catalogs, pricing, checkout)

- Design and implement REST/SOAP integrations (inbound/outbound)

- Integrate payment processors and manage end-to-end payment flows

- Troubleshoot complex issues and support production environments

- Partner with stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions in Agile environments

Technical Skills

- Solid experience with Apex, Visualforce, LWC

- Proficient in JavaScript, jQuery, Handlebars.js

- Working knowledge of Backbone.js, Bootstrap (preferred)

- Experience with Salesforce APIs and integrations

- Deep understanding of CloudCraze architecture

Experience

- 10+ years CRM development

- 5+ years CloudCraze (required)

- 4+ years Salesforce development

Certifications

- Platform Developer I & II

- Platform App Builder

Nice to Have

- CPQ, Order Management

- ERP integrations (SAP, Oracle)

- CI/CD or DevOps experience
