Scope of the role

Standard system administration across

Users and access - create and deactivate users; assign licenses, roles and permission sets; liaise with our infrastructure team on Entra SSO.

Platform configuration - objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, Lightning pages.

Automation - flows, approval processes, notifications and other declarative automation.

Data management - import, update, cleanse and deduplicate; maintain data quality and integrity; contribute to the Salesforce > Snowflake integration.

Reports and dashboards - operational reporting in Salesforce and/or Tableau, including dashboards and scheduled reporting.

User support and training - troubleshoot issues, respond to requests, drive adoption.





Security and governance - sharing settings, field-level security, login controls, audit requirements.

Release and change management - testing, deployment coordination, sandbox management, documentation.

Platform monitoring - storage, licences, automation failures, usage and overall platform health.

Integration support - connected apps and integration users; coordinate technical issues with our implementation partner and Salesforce.

Where the boundary sits

Scope areas such as Advanced Apex development, complex multi-step campaign flows, integration architecture and major solution design remain with our implementation partner. This role works hand in hand with them rather than replacing them.

Experience were looking for

At least 7 years of hands-on dedicated Salesforce experience is ideal.

Hands-on experience with Agentforce and Health Cloud is highly advantageous.

Comfortable operating as the sole internal administrator alongside an external delivery partner.
