We are looking for a responsible and organized Sales Support Executive to support our sales team in daily activities and ensure smooth coordination with customers, dealers, and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide daily sales support to the sales team.
- Coordinate with dealers and customers regarding orders and deliveries.
- Prepare quotations, sales orders, reports, and other sales-related documents.
- Follow up on pending orders, payments, and customer enquiries.
- Coordinate with the dispatch, accounts, and other departments.




- Maintain sales records and update customer information in the system.
- Handle customer queries and provide timely updates.
- Prepare daily and monthly sales reports as required.

Required Skills

- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Good follow-up and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Positive problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Attention to detail and a positive attitude.
- Experience in dealer or distributor coordination will be an added advantage.
