- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned international customers.

- Support and strengthen relationships with existing customers while assisting the sales team in increasing business opportunities.

- Process customer orders accurately and ensure timely order execution.

- Coordinate with Supply Chain, Production, and Logistics teams for production planning and shipment scheduling.

- Monitor order status and proactively inform customers about delays, changes, or other important updates.

- Share shipment-related information, including ETD, ETA, shipping documents, invoices, packing lists, and other export documentation, within agreed timelines.

- Follow up with customers for outstanding payments and coordinate internally to ensure timely collections.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, and Quality to ensure smooth execution of customer requirements.

- Coordinate and promote recent product developments (NPD) to existing customers.

- Maintain customer records, sales data, order history, and documentation in an organized filing system.

- Prepare and analyze sales reports, order status reports, pending payment reports, and other MIS reports as required.

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt responses and professional service.

- Support sales and marketing initiatives to achieve departmental and organizational objectives.
