We are looking for a proactive, confident, and well-organized Sales Support & Client Coordination Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will support the sales team, coordinate with clients, manage follow-ups, and ensure smooth day-to-day sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with the sales team and assist in daily sales activities.
- Communicate with customers regarding enquiries, orders, and delivery updates.
- Follow up with existing clients and maintain professional relationships.
- Maintain customer databases, sales records, and daily reports.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order processing.
- Track pending enquiries, customer requirements, and sales follow-ups.




- Assist the team in preparing quotations and maintaining sales documentation.
- Ensure timely communication between customers and the sales team.

Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Valuable communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email, and computer operations.
- Strong coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills.
- Freshers with a positive attitude are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with prior experience in sales support, customer coordination, or back-office operations will be preferred.
