: Sales Recruiter (IT Sales Hiring)

About the Role

SRSG is looking for a Sales Recruiter to lead hiring for our IT sales and pre-sales teams across PAN India locations. You will work closely with business heads and hiring managers to build high-performing sales teams in IT products, services, and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, targets, and the ideal candidate profile
- Source candidates through job portals, Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and social media
- Screen candidates for sales aptitude, communication, domain knowledge, and cultural fit
- Hire for roles such as Inside Sales, Business Development Executive/Manager, Account Manager, Pre-Sales,Key Account roles, Branch Sales Manager and all other sales and Presales role in company.
- Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and keep candidates and managers informed at every stage
- Negotiate offers, manage notice periods, and reduce offer drop-offs
- Support smooth onboarding and follow up with new joinees through their first 30 to 45 days




- Maintain the ATS/tracker with accurate data and share a weekly hiring MIS (open positions, pipeline, time-to-fill, offer-to-join ratio)
- Build talent pools and long-term relationships with passive candidates
- Track IT sales salary trends and competitor hiring

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred)
- Proven experience hiring for IT sales, SaaS, or technology services roles
- Strong sourcing skills, including Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Ability to assess sales competencies: target ownership, deal handling, objection management, and client communication
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working to deadlines and handling multiple requirements at once
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and an ATS

Positive to Have

- Experience in multi-city or PAN India hiring
- Exposure to bulk and lateral hiring
- Familiarity with HR tools, ERP, or MIS reporting
