Job Responsibilities:

- Coordinate customer enquiries, quotations, purchase orders, and sales order processing.

- Receive and process customer enquiries, purchase orders (POs), and repeat orders.

- Liaise with production, planning, stores, quality, dispatch, and accounts departments to ensure smooth order execution.

- Monitor production progress and ensure timely delivery of customer orders.

- Track raw material availability, finished goods inventory, and dispatch schedules.

- Prepare sales invoices, delivery challans, e-way bills, and other relevant documents.

- Maintain daily sales reports, pending order reports, dispatch records, and MIS reports.

- Follow up with customers for order confirmation, delivery status, complaints, and outstanding payments.

- Maintain customer databases and ensure accurate order documentation.





- Support management in sales performance monitoring, operational planning, and process improvement.

- Ensure effective coordination between sales and operations to achieve customer satisfaction and business objectives.

Skills Required

- Valuable communication and customer-handling skills

- Knowledge of extrusion manufacturing processes

- Proficiency in MS Excel, email, and ERP software

- Understanding of sales orders, purchase orders, invoicing, and dispatch documentation

- Coordination, planning, and problem-solving abilities

- Ability to manage multiple customer orders simultaneously
