Key Responsibilities

Meet architects/interior designers (field visits mandatory)

Present and demonstrate our automation products and solutions clearly

Build robust relationships with architects, builders and clients

Generate new leads through field marketing and networking

Convert leads into sales and close deals effectively

Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and existing clients

Coordinate with the installation and support team for smooth project execution





Update daily activity reports (meetings, leads, closures)

Daily KPI Expectations

Minimum 2 architect meetings/day

Lead generation and pipeline building

Weekly deal closures target

Consistent follow-up tracking

Required Skills

Strong communication and convincing skills

Basic understanding of sales and marketing concepts

Ability to explain technical products in simple terms

Self-motivated and target-oriented

- Willingness to travel locally (field job)

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in field sales / real estate / interiors / construction / automation industry

Existing network with architects or builders is a plus
