Job Role The Marketing Executive will be responsible for promoting the company's services, identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and supporting marketing activities through both office-based work and field visits. The role requires good communication, networking, negotiation, and client-handling skills.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Identify and approach potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
- Conduct field visits to businesses, shops, educational institutions, corporate offices, and other prospective clients to promote the company's services.
- Meet clients in person to understand their requirements and explain the company's advertising, branding, digital marketing, and promotional services.
- Generate leads through fieldwork, networking, cold calling, referrals, and other marketing activities.
- Develop and maintain solid relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Prepare and present service proposals, quotations, and marketing plans to clients.
- Follow up with potential clients to convert leads into confirmed business.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
- Coordinate with the design, creative, digital marketing, and production teams to meet client requirements.
- Achieve assigned marketing targets, sales goals, and client acquisition objectives.
- Maintain records of client visits, leads, follow-ups, sales activities, and business development progress.




- Submit regular reports on field visits, client meetings, lead generation, and sales performance to the management.
- Participate in promotional campaigns, business meetings, exhibitions, events, and other marketing activities as required.
- Collect client feedback and communicate their requirements to the concerned departments.
- Perform other marketing and business development duties assigned by the management.

Fieldwork Requirements
- Regularly visit prospective and existing clients as part of daily marketing activities.
- Travel within assigned areas to promote company services and generate leads.
- Meet daily or weekly field visit targets as assigned by management.
- Maintain professional conduct and represent the company positively during client visits.
- Provide timely updates regarding field activities, client responses, and business opportunities.

Skills and Qualifications
- Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and client relationship management abilities.
- Willingness to travel and perform regular fieldwork.
- Ability to generate leads and achieve marketing targets.
- Basic knowledge of advertising, branding, and digital marketing services.
- Good organizational and reporting skills.
- Previous experience in marketing or sales is preferred.
- A valid driving licence and own vehicle are preferred, if field travel requires them.

Reporting To: General Manager Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
