Role Description The Sales Marketing Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai. In this role, the individual will develop and execute sales and marketing plans to promote the network’s services, events, and initiatives to facilities management and engineering professionals. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, identifying potential partners and clients, managing campaigns across digital and offline channels, and preparing presentations and proposals.

The role also involves maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, coordinating promotional activities, tracking performance metrics,



and providing regular reports on sales and marketing outcomes. Collaboration with internal teams to align messaging, branding, and outreach strategies is expected.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Market Planning and Marketing to design and implement effective promotional and engagement strategies.
- Candidates should possess skills in Market Research to analyze industry trends, identify target segments, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Candidates should possess strong Sales skills to generate leads, convert opportunities, and manage client and partner relationships.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to present ideas clearly, prepare marketing content, and interact with diverse professional audiences.
- Relevant experience in B2B sales and marketing, preferably in facilities management, engineering services, or qualified networks, is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Chennai, manage multiple initiatives, and use CRM and marketing tools effectively is preferred.
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field is advantageous.
