Are you a confident communicator who enjoys meeting people and closing deals? Daasho is growing, and we’re looking for a motivated Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team in Chennai.

Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu (On-site)

Job Type: Full-Time

Experience: 0–1 years (Freshers welcome)

Salary: ₹25,000/month + PF, PTO

What you’ll do:

- Generate leads through field visits, cold calling and networking
- Build strong relationships with current and existing customers
- Understand client needs and recommend the right solutions
- Follow up, negotiate and close deals
- Hit monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Track market trends and competitor activity

Who we’re looking for:

- Bachelor’s degree (BBA,



Marketing or related field preferred)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven and eager to learn
- Comfortable travelling within Chennai for client meetings
