We work closely with schools and educational institutions to deliver structured, result-oriented academic programs designed to strengthen students' conceptual understanding, competitive-exam readiness, and overall academic performance.

As our School Integrated Programs continue to expand across Kerala and Tamil Nadu, we are looking for an experienced academic professional to take ownership of academic excellence and operational efficiency across our partner schools.

We are seeking proactive and result-oriented Marketing Executives to promote our NEET/JEE coaching programs, school-integrated programs, and student admission initiatives across the Chennai zones.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit schools and educational institutions to promote NEET/JEE coaching programs.
- Meet school principals, management teams, teachers, and career counsellors to develop institutional partnerships.
- Organise student seminars, awareness sessions, and admission promotional activities.
- Generate student enquiries and parent leads through school outreach and field marketing.
- Promote scholarship exams, integrated programs, repeater courses, and crash courses.
- Follow up with interested students and parents to support admission conversions.
- Maintain daily field visit reports,



lead databases, and weekly marketing plans.
- Achieve assigned enquiry generation, counselling, and admission targets.

Requirements

- Good communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to travel within the assigned zone for school visits and promotional activities.
- Strong networking and lead-generation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting.
- Experience in education marketing, school tie-ups, admissions, or field sales is preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to travel may also apply.

Preferred Candidate:Candidates with experience in educational institutions, coaching centres, student counselling, or admission marketing.
