We have a requirement for Sales Manager role who will drive property sales by managing prospective customers, understanding their requirements, building strong client relationships, conducting property presentations and site visits, and converting leads into successful bookings while ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Role & responsibilities

- Manage and follow up on leads generated through digital platforms, references, channel partners, and other sources.
- Understand customer requirements, budget, and property preferences to recommend suitable projects and units.
- Conduct property presentations, project walkthroughs, and site visits for prospective buyers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales journey.
- Achieve assigned sales targets, booking targets, and revenue objectives.
- Negotiate commercial terms within approved guidelines and facilitate booking closures.
- Coordinate with the CRM, Marketing, Presales, and Documentation teams for a smooth customer journey.
- Maintain accurate lead records, customer interactions,



and sales pipeline updates in CRM software.
- Follow up with customers regarding bookings, payments, documentation, and other sales-related requirements.
- Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to identify business opportunities.
- Ensure professional communication, timely follow-ups, and high customer satisfaction.

Preferred candidate profile

- Graduate in any discipline; an MBA in Sales or Marketing would be highly preferable.
- 4- 8 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in residential or commercial property sales.
- Robust communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Customer-focused approach with the ability to convert leads into sales.
- Good understanding of real estate products, pricing, payment plans, and the property-buying process.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
