Scorgemi Scientific Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive IVD sales across Rajasthan.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive sales of IVD instruments, reagents and laboratory consumables.
- Develop business with hospitals, diagnostic laboratories, pathology labs and distributors.
- Appoint and manage distributors/channel partners across Rajasthan.
- Conduct product demonstrations and customer meetings.
- Achieve sales targets and develop new business opportunities.
- Maintain strong relationships with pathologists, laboratory heads, procurement teams and key customers.
- Monitor competition, market trends and customer requirements.

Required Experience
- 3–6 years of relevant sales experience in IVD, Diagnostics, Medical Devices or Laboratory Equipment.
- Experience with Hematology, Coagulation, Microbiology, diagnostic reagents or laboratory consumables will be preferred.
- Solid knowledge of the Rajasthan healthcare/diagnostic market.
- Existing network of hospitals, laboratories and distributors will be an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation and business development skills.
- Willingness to travel across Rajasthan.
