We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead and manage the sales function for a real estate developer. The ideal candidate should have strong real estate sales experience, proven leadership skills, and the ability to drive revenue, manage a sales team, and oversee the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth.
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and overall sales targets.
- Drive sales of residential and commercial real estate projects, including apartments, villas, and other developments.
- Generate leads, develop broker/channel partner networks, and build strong client relationships.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, including enquiries, site visits, negotiations, bookings, and deal closures.
- Monitor sales performance, pipeline, conversion rates, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, pricing recommendations, and periodic sales reports for management.
- Coordinate with marketing, CRM, finance,



and project teams to ensure smooth sales operations and customer satisfaction.
- Build strong relationships with investors, high-net-worth clients, channel partners, and other key stakeholders.

Requirements:

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in real estate sales, preferably with a real estate developer.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing property deals.
- Solid experience in team management, sales strategy, business development, and channel partner management.
- Good understanding of the real estate market, pricing, customer preferences, and property sales processes.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, leadership, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to independently manage the complete sales function and drive business growth.
