The company has grown from offline centers to a franchise model, expanded into online programs, and now integrates its curriculum directly into schools to increase reach and impact. Its flagship initiative, RESPOND RIGHT SMART SCHOOL, is the world’s first in-school program dedicated to right brain development.

The program uses 12 to 15 engaging and stimulating activities conducted once a week to support holistic growth in young learners.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Intern role based in Malad.

The Sales

Intern will support the sales team in identifying prospective schools, conducting outreach, and presenting Respond Right’s programs and offerings. Day-to-day responsibilities include engaging with referred leads, explaining program benefits, answering queries, and providing a high standard of customer service.



The role also involves maintaining records of leads and follow-ups, and coordinating with internal teams for smooth onboarding of recent clients.

The Sales

Intern may additionally support basic training or orientation sessions for new partners and help improve sales processes through feedback and observation.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with school management and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess foundational Sales skills and an interest in Sales Management to support lead generation, follow-ups, and conversion activities.
- Candidates should possess basic Training skills to assist in conducting orientations or informational sessions for schools and parents.
- Candidates should have good interpersonal skills, a learner mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced educational environment.
- Candidate will be trained how to operate Crm app, schedule meetings on Crm and also how to do budgeting.
