Job Overview

We are looking for a target-oriented Sales Executive to promote land and plot projects, generate leads, arrange site visits, and convert prospective buyers into customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through calls, referrals, and networking.
- Explain plot projects, location advantages, pricing, and payment plans.
- Understand customer budgets and property requirements.
- Arrange site visits for prospective buyers.
- Follow up with interested customers and negotiate deals.
- Coordinate with the sales and documentation teams.
- Maintain customer databases and sales reports.
- Work towards achieving monthly sales targets.
