Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Head to manage clinic sales, lead the counseling team, drive revenue growth, and improve client conversions. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in sales counseling, customer relationship management, team handling, and achieving sales targets in the healthcare, wellness, beauty, or clinic industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage clinic sales operations to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Handle client consultations and sales counseling to understand customer needs and recommend suitable treatment packages and services.
- Convert inquiries and consultations into successful sales through effective counseling and follow-ups.
- Guide and motivate the sales and counseling team to achieve individual and clinic sales targets.
- Monitor daily sales performance, conversion rates, lead follow-ups, and customer feedback.
- Develop strategies to improve client acquisition, retention, repeat visits, and revenue generation.
- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain robust client relationships.
- Promote clinic services, treatment packages, memberships, and relevant add-on services ethically.
- Coordinate with clinic management and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and provide performance updates to management.




- Ensure the team follows company policies, service standards, and sales processes.

Eligibility Criteria
- 4–5 years of experience in sales, counseling, or sales management.
- Experience in clinics, healthcare, wellness, beauty, skincare, or similar industries is preferred.
- Previous experience handling sales targets and counseling teams will be an advantage.
- Graduate in any discipline preferred.

- Achievement of monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Inquiry-to-consultation and consultation-to-sales conversion rates.

Ideal Candidate: A confident sales professional with strong counseling skills, leadership ability, and a proven track record of converting clinic inquiries into revenue. Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
