We are looking for an experienced and target-driven Sales Head to lead sales operations at our bridal jewellery boutique. The candidate will be responsible for managing the sales team, driving revenue growth, and delivering an exceptional shopping experience to brides and their families.

Key Responsibilities - Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets.

- Assist bridal clients in selecting jewellery based on their preferences, outfits, and occasions.
- Develop sales strategies to increase revenue and customer conversions.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Train team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service.
- Monitor daily sales performance, customer enquiries, and follow-ups.
- Ensure attractive jewellery displays and smooth showroom operations.
- Maintain the safety and security of jewellery inventory.
- Handle customer concerns and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Prepare sales reports and coordinate with management on business growth plans.





Requirements - Proven experience in jewellery sales and sales team management.

- Experience in bridal jewellery or premium jewellery boutiques is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Good knowledge of bridal jewellery designs, trends, and styling.
- Ability to manage a team, achieve sales targets, and drive business growth.
- Professional attitude and responsibility in handling high-value products.

Salary &

Advantages - Monthly Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹60,000, based on experience and skills.

- Sales incentives and other benefits as per company policy.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
