We are seeking a proactive Online Sales to manage core banking solution (CBS).

Roles & Responsibilities

· Handle inbound inquiries received through the company website, email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, social media, and digital marketing campaigns.

· Conduct Webinar and Create email, WhatsApp, social medial campaign for products.

· Contact prospective clients to understand their business requirements and recommend suitable banking software solutions.

· Qualify leads and schedule online product demonstrations with the pre-Sales team.

· Follow up with prospects regularly to convert inquiries into business opportunities.

· Prepare and share proposals, quotations, product brochures, and other sales-related documents with customers.

· Coordinate with the Sales, Pre-Sales, and technical teams for product demonstrations, client meetings, and requirement discussions.

· Coordinate with the Territory Field Sales team to plan and schedule customer or bank visits, whenever required.

· Maintain accurate customer information, lead status, and sales activities in the CRM system.





· Track and manage the complete sales pipeline from lead generation to order closure.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, cooperative societies, NBFCs, and other financial institutions.

· Achieve monthly sales targets, lead conversion goals, and revenue objectives.

· Ensure timely follow-up with customers and provide regular updates throughout the sales cycle.

· Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and CRM updates.

· Support the Account Management or Implementation team during customer onboarding and handover after successful sales closure.

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/IT or related field.
- 1 to 5y+ years of experience in End-to-End Sales.
- Solid problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills
- Good Knowledge in IT Software Sales
