Role Overview:

As a Business Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in building client relationships, promoting our interior design services, and driving business growth. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills who enjoys networking and developing current business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities with clients, builders, and developers.




- Present and pitch architectural and interior design solutions to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive revenue growth.
- Negotiate pricing, prepare proposals, and work towards closing deals.
- Collaborate with design and project teams to align client expectations with project execution.
- Follow up with prospective clients and maintain effective communication throughout the sales process.

Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or client management, preferably in architecture, interior design, or real estate.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- A passion for sales, networking, and customer satisfaction.
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho is an advantage.
