- Fresher with strong interest in sales or candidates with 1+ year experience in insurance sales/telecalling.
- Excellent verbal communication and customer handling skills.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Ability to work in a target-driven setting.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and result-oriented.
- English and Hindi communication is mandatory.
- Knowledge of Marathi, Telugu, or Gujarati will be an added advantage.
- Call and engage prospective customers from allocated campaigns.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance products.
- Conduct follow-up calls and ensure timely closure of sales opportunities.
- Provide accurate product and policy information to customers.
- Achieve sales conversion targets and performance metrics.
- Maintain high-quality customer interactions with zero mis-selling.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance guidelines.
