Role Overview

We are looking for a Telecalling Executive to connect with colleges, institutions, and students and invite them to empanel with us for our Apprenticeship-Embedded B.Voc / D.Voc programs. Students earn a recognised degree or diploma while gaining hands-on industry experience through apprenticeship. The role combines tele-outreach with periodic field visits for student counselling and college coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Tele-outreach

- Call college principals, directors, placement officers, and training and placement (T&P;) cell heads to introduce the program and invite empanelment.
- Call students and parents to explain B.Voc / D.Voc courses, the apprenticeship model, stipend structure (as applicable), and career advantages.
- Follow up on leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email until a clear outcome (interested, scheduled meeting, enrolled, or declined).

Counselling and field work

- Conduct on-campus and in-person counselling sessions for students and parents.
- Visit colleges to meet management, present the program, and support the empanelment process.
- Help organise awareness drives, seminars, and orientation sessions on campus.

Admissions and documentation

- Guide students through registration, eligibility checks, and document collection.
- Coordinate with the college and the internal admissions team for MoUs and partnership formalities.
- Support students in linking with apprenticeship portals (such as NATS or NAPS, where applicable).

Reporting and CRM

- Update every call and visit in the CRM or lead tracker daily.
- Share daily, weekly,



and monthly reports on calls made, leads generated, visits done, and conversions.
- Meet assigned targets for college empanelments and student enrolments.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication in Hindi and English (the local language is a plus)
- Confident, persuasive, and polite telephone manner
- Basic understanding of B.Voc / D.Voc, NSQF, and apprenticeship schemes (training will be provided)
- Counselling and listening skills, with patience when handling parents’ queries
- Basic computer skills: MS Excel, CRM, WhatsApp Business, email
- Willingness to travel locally for field visits

Qualifications and Experience

- Graduate in any stream (preferred)
- 0–2 years in telecalling, admissions counselling, education sales, or business development
- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome

Compensation

- Fixed salary
- Training and career growth to Senior Counsellor or Team Lead

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
