Responsibilities:

- Welcome and assist walk-in clients with warmth, professionalism and personalized service.
- Understand client needs and offer tailored furniture and décor solutions, including space planning or product styling suggestions.
- Present and demonstrate product features, material quality and craftsmanship, highlighting the luxury aspects of the offerings.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Follow up with clients regarding inquiries, quotations and post-sale services.
- Coordinate with the design and operations team to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and installation.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, design trends, materials, and competitors to deliver informed consultations.
- Maintain showroom presentation standards,



ensuring merchandise is displayed attractively at all times.
- Capture and manage client data for CRM and future business opportunities.
- Attend in-store events and product launches, acting as a brand ambassador.

Requirements:

- Experience in premium or luxury retail sales; experience in furniture, décor, or interior design is preferred.
- Solid interpersonal and communication skills.
- Presentable, well-groomed and confident in dealing with high-net-worth individuals.
- Sales-driven with a consultative approach to customer service.
- Ability to understand floor plans and spatial arrangements is an added advantage.
