Role Description :

- Develop and manage dealer and distributor networks to expand market presence.
- Identify and appoint new dealers and distributors in assigned territories.
- Ensure effective market coverage and build solid relationships with channel partners.
- Generate and follow up on project leads to develop new business opportunities.




- Conduct regular market visits to identify potential customers and assess market trends.
- Drive sales growth and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Monitor competitor activities and identify opportunities to increase market share.
- Coordinate with internal sales teams to ensure smooth business operations and customer satisfaction.

Preferred Candidate Background:

- Candidates with experience in Tiles, Flooring, Plywood, Laminates, Sanitaryware, Building Materials, Paints, or Interior Products will be preferred.
- Prior experience in dealer and distributor development, channel sales, and market expansion is desirable.
- Strong knowledge of the assigned territory and established dealer/distributor connections will be an advantage.
- Good communication, negotiation, relationship-building, and business development skills.
- Candidates with a proven track record of achieving sales targets will be preferred.
