About the Role

We are looking for an organized and responsible Operations Executive with practical knowledge of the operational processes involved in services offered by Lincenzo Private Limited, including BIS Registration, AYUSH Licensing, and related registration, certification, and compliance services.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end operational processes for company services.
- Understand documentation, application procedures, and compliance requirements for BIS Registration, AYUSH Licensing, and related services.
- Coordinate with clients to collect documents and provide regular application updates.
- Follow up with relevant departments, consultants, and authorities wherever required.
- Track application status, deadlines, and pending documentation.




- Maintain accurate client records and operational reports.
- Ensure timely processing of applications and smooth client onboarding.
- Resolve operational issues and coordinate with the team to ensure efficient service delivery.

Requirements

- 1–2 years of relevant operations experience.
- Practical knowledge of BIS Registration, AYUSH Licensing, and related compliance procedures.
- Understanding of documentation and application processes.
- Solid coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, email, and record management.
- Ability to manage multiple client cases and meet deadlines.
