Role & responsibilities
1. Coordination with pune person, office team and factory team.
2. Coordination with customer.
3. Purchase Indiamart lead and call the customer and inform them about your product.
4. If the customer needs our product, send him a quotation.
5. Send Proforma invoice after order confirmation.
6. Create a sales order to process the dispatch.
7. Send the dispatch details to the customer.
8. Provide information specifically as per the customer's requirement.
9. Along with this, small items also have to be packed.
10. And support work for field sales person will be to manage quotation, sales order, Email, bill "printing and Stock sheet entry after Dispatch and received material entry from Factory" and maintain customer data sheet.
