Mercra Electronics is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to strengthen its market presence and expand its dealer and distributor network for home voltage stabilizers. Role Overview The candidate will be responsible for developing and managing the dealer network across Coimbatore and surrounding markets, driving sales growth, and increasing product penetration through effective channel management.

Key Responsibilities

1. Dealer Network Development: Identify, appoint and develop new dealers and distributors for home voltage stabilizers.

2. Market Expansion: Strengthen market presence across Coimbatore and nearby districts through regular dealer visits and market development activities.

3. Sales Target Achievement: Drive primary and secondary sales to achieve assigned monthly and quarterly targets.

4. Dealer Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing dealers, retailers, distributors and electrical goods outlets.

5. Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities, pricing, schemes,



product performance and market trends.

6. Sales Promotion: Implement dealer schemes, promotional activities and product demonstrations to improve sales.

7. Collection Management: Ensure timely payment collections and maintain healthy dealer accounts.

8. Reporting: Submit regular sales reports, market feedback, dealer performance updates and sales forecasts to management.

Candidate Profile

- Candidates currently working or having worked in similar industry/ electrical consumer product brands are preferred.

- Strong experience in selling home voltage stabilizers through dealer and distributor networks is essential.

- Should possess an established understanding of the Coimbatore market and surrounding territories.

- Must have proven skills in dealer appointment, channel development, secondary sales and target achievement.

- Good communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

- A two-wheeler and a valid driving licence would be an advantage.
