Role Description The Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Vapi, responsible for driving sales of residential and commercial properties and supporting overall business growth. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and qualifying potential clients, conducting site visits, presenting project features and benefits, and managing inquiries from initial contact through closing. The role involves maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, coordinating with the marketing and project teams, and preparing sales proposals, agreements, and documentation.

The Sales

Executive will track leads, update sales records, provide regular reports on sales performance, and stay informed about local real estate trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory requirements. This position requires a proactive approach to meeting sales targets while delivering a professional, customer-focused experience.

Qualifications

- Solid sales and negotiation skills,



with experience in real estate or related sectors preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with diverse clients and stakeholders.
- Customer relationship management skills, including follow-up, after-sales service, and issue resolution.
- Basic proficiency in using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and other digital platforms for lead tracking and reporting.
- Sound understanding of property documentation, local regulations, and real estate market dynamics is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Vapi, conduct regular field visits, and manage time effectively to meet targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred; relevant experience may be considered in place of formal education.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to delivering quality service to clients.
