Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Engineer – Construction Chemicals role based in Navi Mumbai.

The Sales

Engineer will manage and grow customer accounts by promoting construction chemical products, preparing technical proposals, and conducting product demonstrations at client locations and project sites. Daily responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, providing technical support and application guidance to customers, coordinating with internal technical and production teams, and ensuring timely resolution of customer queries. The role also involves maintaining accurate sales reports, tracking market trends, participating in industry events,



and contributing to sales strategies that support revenue and market share growth.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Sales Engineering and Technical Support skills, including the ability to understand product specifications and provide application-based solutions.
- Candidates should possess proven Sales and Customer Service skills to build relationships, manage accounts, and support clients throughout the sales cycle.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and the ability to present technical information to diverse stakeholders.
- Relevant experience in construction chemicals, building materials, or related industrial products is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related technical field is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site at customer locations and project sites in and around Navi Mumbai, with a readiness for regular field visits.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and capability to work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
