Sales & Customer Relationship Executive

Location: Wazirpur (Delhi)

Working Timings:10 am - 8 pm

Compensation: Up to 3.5 LPA

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails.
- Manage customer queries, complaints, and follow-ups.
- Drive sales by promoting products, converting leads, and achieving sales targets.
- Suggest suitable products to customers and generate repeat business through upselling and cross-selling.
- Maintain positive customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order updates and issue resolution.
- Maintain customer records, sales reports,



and follow-up details.

Required Skills
- Fluent English communication (verbal and written) is mandatory.
- Good sales, customer-handling, and negotiation skills.
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience preferred, particularly in the apparel and fashion industry.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel skills.
- Prior CRM, telesales, or customer service experience preferred.
