We are looking for an experienced and organized Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and manage day-to-day coordination between sales, customers, back-office, and production. Sales coordinator (inside sales) is responsible for placing sales order entry, dispatch follow-up, and payment collections.

Job Responsibilities

- Coordinate with the Sales Team for enquiries, quotations, and orders.

- Process and maintain customer purchase orders and sales-related documents.

- Coordinate with Production, Factory, Quality, Stores, Dispatch, and Accounts for timely order execution.

- Follow up on production, dispatch, delivery schedules, and pending customer requirements.

- Coordinate with Accounts regarding invoices and customer payment follow-ups.

- Follow up with customer payments regularly and ensure timely sales collection

- Coordinate with transporters, vendors, and logistics partners when required.

- Prepare daily/weekly sales and order status reports.

- Handle customer queries and ensure timely resolution or escalation.

- Ensure accurate and timely communication between the Head Office, Factory,



Sales Team, and customers.

- Maintain confidentiality of customer, pricing, and commercial information.

Required Skills

- Graduate in any discipline; relevant experience will be considered.

- Positive communication and coordination skills.

- Languages: Must know English, Hindi & Tamil

- Experience in the manufacturing industry will be an advantage

- Good knowledge of MS office suite

- Ability to work with multiple departments and meet deadlines.

- Attention to detail and ability to maintain proper records.

- Strong follow-up and time-management skills.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
