Role Objective To support the Sales and Application teams through structured appointment fixing, systematic follow-ups, and cross-functional coordination, enabling faster response times and improved conversion.
Key Responsibilities
- Fix and coordinate customer appointments (physical and virtual) for Sales and Application teams.
- Track, confirm, and follow up on meetings, demos, trials, and application discussions.
- Coordinate action points between Sales, Application, Engineering, and Customers.
- Maintain accurate lead, meeting, and follow-up status in CRM.
- Assist with follow-up emails, MOMs, proposal tracking, and internal coordination.
