We are looking for a presentable, confident, and result-oriented Sales Associate to promote and sell financial products and services. The candidate should have good communication skills, the ability to approach prospective clients and follow up with clients to convert business opportunities into sales.

Key Responsibilities

· Identify and approach prospective clients to generate new business opportunities.

· Promote and sell financial products.

· Generate leads through references, networking, telephone calls, and other suitable channels.

· Follow up regularly with prospective clients and maintain a record of leads, interactions, and sales conversions.

· Understand client requirements and coordinate with the research and advisory team to facilitate suitable product discussions.

· Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business.

Required Skills , Qualifications & Experience

· Graduate in any discipline.

· 2–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, customer acquisition, or client relationship management.

· Good spoken communication skills in Bengali, English, and Hindi.





· Ability to approach new clients confidently and develop professional relationships.

· Presentable personality with a positive attitude and skilled manner.

· Good interpersonal, convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.

· Willingness to learn about investment solutions.

· Comfortable with client meetings, telephone calls, and business development activities.

· Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as in a team.

· Candidates from general sales backgrounds with strong communication and client-handling skills are welcome.
