Job Purpose

As a Sales & Operations Intern, you will play a dual role. You will be the first point of contact for customers who need documentation services, helping them choose the right packages (Sales), and you will coordinate behind the scenes to ensure their legal documents are prepared and submitted smoothly (Operations).

Key Responsibilities

1. Inside Sales & Customer Advisory

- Handle Inbound Leads: Call and respond to customers who inquire on our website about rent agreements, business licenses, or tax registrations.
- Consultative Selling: Understand the customer’s requirement, explain our services in straightforward terms, and pitch the right documentation package.
- Lead Conversion: Follow up diligently with hot/warm leads to close sales and meet monthly service targets.
- Query Resolution: Clear any doubts customers have regarding pricing,



government timelines, or required documents.

2. Operations & Execution

- Data Verification: Collect, review, and organize documents (Aadhar, PAN, property papers) submitted by customers to ensure zero errors.
- Drafting Coordination: Coordinate with the internal legal team or use our software portals to draft agreements and application forms.(drafting will be done by our end)
- Government Portal Management: Assist in uploading data and tracking applications on government portals (e.g., Udyam, FSSAI).
- Delivery: Ensure the final registered document or license is delivered to the client within the promised timeline.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: Graduate in any stream (B.Com, BBA, BBM, BCA, or BA).
- Strong phone presence and conversational skills.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Google Sheets, and navigating web portals).

Pay: Up to ₹10,000.00 per month
