Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in Kerala, India. The specialist will identify and qualify leads, promote Wings Medivalue’s patient support and consulting services, and build relationships with hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare partners. Daily responsibilities include engaging with prospective clients, presenting service offerings, managing sales pipelines, and supporting referral networks.

The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to align marketing initiatives, conducting outreach campaigns,



and providing training or guidance to stakeholders on service processes. The specialist will track performance metrics, prepare reports, and contribute to strategy discussions to drive growth in both patient facilitation and healthcare consulting segments.

Qualifications

- Solid Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, healthcare providers, and internal teams.
- Proven Sales and Sales Management experience, including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing deals in a service-oriented environment.
- Experience in Training, particularly in explaining processes, service offerings, and referral systems to partners and team members.
- Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals and administrative staff, with a good understanding of healthcare services or willingness to learn.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and follow-through.
- Proficiency in basic business software (e.g., CRM tools, spreadsheets, presentation software) and comfort with data-driven decision-making.
- Fluency in English and local languages used in Kerala will be an advantage.
