Qualification

- Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc / B.Tech / Any Graduate or Master Degree)
- Candidates from CPET / Polymer Industry background preferred

Experiences

Entry Level: 2-5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably in the Plastic / Petrochemical / Polymer industry.

Medium Level: 5–10 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably in the Plastic / Petrochemical / Polymer industry.

Additional Requirement:

- Candidate must have their own vehicle and be willing to travel for client visits and market development.

Job Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the plastic, polymer, and petrochemical segments.
- Build and manage long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Generate leads, handle inquiries, prepare quotations, and ensure smooth order execution.
- Coordinate with production, dispatch, and accounts teams for timely deliveries and customer satisfaction.




- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to identify current business potential.
- Support product launches in coordination with the R&D; and technical team.
- Represent the company in trade fairs, exhibitions, and promotional events to strengthen brand visibility.
- Prepare and present monthly sales reports, projections, and customer feedback to management.
- Ensure adherence to company ethics, sustainability principles, and sales goals.

Skills Required

- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Deep understanding of polymer materials, CPET, additives, and plastic raw materials.
- Ability to identify client requirements and provide suitable product solutions.
- Market knowledge of specialty polymers, grafted materials, and performance additives.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
- Excellent client handling and reporting skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to manage a sales team if required.
