Daasho focuses on making neighborhood shopping more convenient while maintaining the same prices as in-store. The service is launching soon in Chennai, creating opportunities to shape its growth from the ground up.

Role Description The Sales and Marketing Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai. In this role, the individual will identify and onboard local shops and vendors, build and maintain solid partner relationships, and promote Daasho’s value proposition to merchants and customers. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and executing local marketing campaigns, conducting market research to understand customer and shop needs, and driving sales activities to meet acquisition and revenue targets.

The role also involves coordinating promotional events, analyzing performance metrics,



and collaborating with internal teams to refine go-to-market strategies. The executive will represent Daasho in the field, ensuring consistent brand messaging and high-quality partner and customer engagement.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Market Planning and Marketing skills to design and execute effective local campaigns.
- Candidates should possess Market Research skills to gather insights on customer behavior, competitor activities, and shop requirements.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills to identify leads, convert prospects, and maintain long-term partner relationships.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for clear, persuasive interactions with shop owners, customers, and internal teams.
- Relevant experience in field sales, retail partnerships, or app-based services is beneficial.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced launch environment in Chennai and meet defined targets is preferred.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous but not mandatory with strong relevant experience.
