Key Responsibilities

- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant product information.
- Communicate professionally with customers through calls, emails, and meetings.
- Explain products, features, and technical solutions.
- Generate and follow up on customer enquiries and business opportunities.
- Coordinate customer visits, product demonstrations, and quotations.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Maintain customer records, enquiry details, and sales documentation.
- Coordinate with Sales, Service, Production, Accounts, and Dispatch departments.

Mandatory Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confidence in customer interaction and professional communication.
- Solid follow-up, coordination, and relationship-building skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and email documentation.

Preferred Experience: Experience in technical sales, industrial machinery sales, back-office sales, customer support, or sales coordination will be an advantage.
