Role Description The Sales and Marketing Intern will support daily sales outreach and marketing initiatives in a remote internship role. Typical responsibilities include assisting with lead generation, preparing outreach messages, and helping manage customer interactions across digital channels.

The intern will collaborate with the sales team on pipeline tracking, basic reporting, and follow-up communications. They will also help with marketing activities such as drafting content for campaigns, supporting social media efforts,



and participating in training sessions to learn tools and processes. This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience in a fast-paced, AI-focused environment while contributing to the growth of wrrk.ai.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with prospects and internal teams.
- Foundational Sales skills with an interest in Sales Management, including comfort with outreach, follow-up, and pipeline support.
- Ability to participate in and benefit from Training, with a willingness to learn new tools, processes, and AI-powered workflows.
- Organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a remote setting.
- Comfort working with digital tools, CRMs, and online collaboration platforms; familiarity with AI or SaaS environments is a plus.
- Current enrollment in or recent completion of a program in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is beneficial.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently while contributing to a distributed team.
