Job Summary

We are looking for motivated and customer-oriented Field Sales Executives to join our sales team. The selected candidates will be responsible for meeting customers, identifying potential business opportunities, promoting company products and services, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit potential customers and businesses within the assigned territory.
- Identify new sales opportunities and generate leads through field visits.
- Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to prospective customers.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Follow up on leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and performance objectives.
- Maintain daily activity reports and update customer information.
- Coordinate with the internal sales team to ensure smooth customer service.
- Collect customer feedback and share market insights with the management.

Requirements




- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of sales and customer relationship management.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Basic smartphone and reporting skills.
- Freshers with a willingness to learn are welcome to apply.
