- Ensure compliance with statutory safety requirements and company EHS policies.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and identify unsafe acts/conditions.
- Conduct risk assessments implement corrective actions.
- Monitor PPE, Permit-to-Work, secure work practices.
- Investigate accidents, near misses and recommend preventive actions.
- Conduct safety induction, toolbox talks and employee awareness programs.
- Monitor fire safety systems and conduct emergency/mock drills.

- Maintain safety records, reports and audit documentation.
- Coordinate internal/external safety audits and statutory inspections.
